Terms & Conditions

All vouchers purchased through The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna voucher shop are gift vouchers with a monetary value and may be redeemed for participating services and outlets throughout The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna.

Please note that ANGATI Spa is excluded from participation. Vouchers may not be redeemed for treatments, services, memberships, packages or retail products at ANGATI Spa.

Voucher names, images and descriptions are intended solely as inspiration and do not constitute a specific service, experience or reservation.

Reservations are subject to availability and the applicable terms and conditions of the respective outlet or service.

Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be resold for commercial purposes.

Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

Any unused balance will remain available until the voucher has been fully redeemed or has reached its expiry date.

The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where required by law or operational necessity.

Reservation Policy

Guests are kindly requested to advise at the time of booking that they intend to redeem a gift voucher.

Advance reservations are recommended and all bookings remain subject to availability.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed at ANGATI Spa and are not valid for spa treatments, services, memberships, packages or retail products.

Cancellation and no-show policies applicable to the respective outlet or service remain valid and are not waived through possession of a voucher.

A valid voucher may be required upon arrival.

Extension Policy

Vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher.

Requests for an extension beyond the expiry date may be considered on a case-by-case basis and remain at the sole discretion of The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna.

Expired vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

The exclusion of ANGATI Spa remains applicable to any approved extension.
